What if one of my items is missing upon delivery?

  • If an item is missing once your drop-off is complete, please notify our customer service team immediately at info@storagescholars.com
  • We do our best to reunite missing items with customers as quickly as possible, but the time required to complete the process may vary.
  • Our main goal is to get items back to you as quickly as possible but delivery may happen after all scheduled deliveries have been completed.
  • If a missing item is not reunited with you within a reasonable time frame, you will be directed to submit a claim via your online portal.
