What happens if an item is received after the receiving deadline?
All boxes are required to be received BEFORE the receiving deadline listed in your welcome email and on the website. Items that are received late will be subject to a $25 service charge and any applicable shipping costs. . If you think an item may not arrive on time please DO NOT ship them. Items will need to be shipped from our receiving facility to a campus address and due to logistical constraints we will be unable to confirm a date of shipment but will get them out as soon as possible.
