What do I do if my item was delivered damaged?

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately by filing a claim through your portal. Our team will then review it and determine the appropriate payout amount based on our insurance policy. Please make sure to add all applicable photos and receipts for the item and add as much information as possible to speed up the review process.
