The movers arrived and I need extra time. Can they come back later?

If you are not ready to move when your movers arrive, a $100 fee will be added to your bill. Our movers will try to find a time to circle back to your location later in the day. We are not able to guarantee a specific pick-up window if you miss your scheduled day/time and the move may need to be changed to another date which may incur an additional $300 special move fee if it falls to a non-complimentary day.
