Yes. All items must be fully packed and protected before our team arrives. If items are not properly prepared, additional packing assistance fees may apply.

Q: What happens if my items are not packed or protected?
If our team needs to assist with packing or protection on-site, the following fees may apply:
- Light Packing Assistance – $50
For basic protection of loose or unprotected items using bubble wrap, packing paper, or cling wrap. - Specialty Packing Assistance – $150
For fragile, high-value, or large items requiring special materials and handling.
Q: What is considered “Light Packing Assistance”?
This applies to smaller or standard household/dorm items that are not fragile but still need protection.
Examples include:
- Lamps
- Small mirrors
- Bedding & pillows
- Mattress pads
- Decorative items
- Pictures & frames
- Curtains & rods
- Small electronics
This includes materials and labor.
