I will not be available during my time window. What should I do?

If you are unable to be present during your pick-up time window...

• Find someone you trust to meet the movers. You can appoint a proxy in your Storage Scholars account.

• You may also reschedule for a different day no later than 5 business days prior to your pickup. 

  • Rescheduling your pickup time less than 5 business days prior to your pickup will incur an additional fee. 

• DO NOT leave your belongings outside your room or in the lobby unattended.

  • We are not responsible for items left unattended.
