I will not be available during my delivery window. What should I do?

If you are unable to be present during your delivery time window here is what you can do:

• Find someone you trust to meet the movers. You can appoint a proxy in your Storage Scholars account. 

• You may also reschedule for a different day no later than 5 business days prior to your pickup. 

  • Rescheduling your pickup time less than 5 business days  prior to your pickup will incur an additional fee.
