I missed my scheduled pick-up. What happens now?

If you have missed your scheduled pick-up:

Contact us via text/call right away. 

There is a $100 customer not ready fee if our movers need to circle back that day.

Any pick-up fees related to the missed move are non-refundable. (We have to pay the team who was ready and waiting for your move at the scheduled time). 

Additional fees apply for scheduling pick-ups on dates outside of your originally scheduled day and time.
