I missed my scheduled delivery. What happens now?

If you have missed your scheduled delivery:

Call or text us right away at (336) 815-0100. 

There is a $100 rescheduling fee for our movers to return later in the day.

Any pickup fees related to the missed move are non-refundable. (We have to pay the team who was ready and waiting for your move at the scheduled time). 

Additional fees will apply to schedule deliveries on dates outside of your originally scheduled day.
