How do I protect my items in the case of damage or loss?

 

We offer two value protection plans to provide added protection for your belongings:

  • Basic Value Protection– $1,000 of coverage for $15/month
  • Premium Value Protection – $2,500 of coverage for $25/month

Value Protection can be added at multiple points throughout the process, including during registration and before pickup. If you prefer, you also have the option to waive insurance coverage.

  • Storage fees will not be refunded as part of a damage claim.
  • No coverage will apply to TVs or monitors that are not properly packed in the original box or in a box specifically designed for this type of item.
