Are my stored items protected from damage or loss?

Our movers will protect and store your belongings with the utmost care. 

We offer two insurance plans to provide added protection for your belongings:

Basic Value Protection– $1,000 of coverage for $15/month
Premium Value Protection – $2,500 of coverage for $25/month

Value Protection can be added at multiple points throughout the process, including during registration and before pickup. If you prefer, you also have the option to waive insurance coverage.

Storage fees will not be refunded as part of a damage claim.

-Please note that TVs and monitors that are not packed in the original box or a TV box will forfeit all value protection coverage even if additional coverage was paid for. 

-Unprotected mattresses and mattress pads that are damaged will forfeit all value protection coverage.
