Q: Are there other possible fees on pick-up day?

Yes:

• Mini Fridge Not Defrosted – $50
  If your mini fridge/freezer is not defrosted, we must delay handling to allow defrosting and cleanup.
• Customer Not Ready – $100
  If packing is incomplete and causes delays, a fee may apply.
